Telemedicine should be your first line of defense for non-emergency care to help limit potential exposure to the coronavirus. That’s why we’ve changed our policies with providers so they can deliver care to you virtually.?

?

Take the first step:

?

Review your plan coverage

To find out if you’re covered for telemedicine, just log in to your member website to review your plan details.??You can also call the number on the back of your member ID card. For plans with telemedicine coverage we’re offering $0 copay* for telemedicine visits until June 4, 2020 to help you stay safe and healthy.

Three ways to get support:

?

Call your primary care physician

Many doctors are treating patients through virtual care, such as over the phone and live videoconferencing. Call your doctor to see if they’re participating in telemedicine. Since they already know your medical history, they’re a great first choice. Even if your plan doesn’t offer telemedicine coverage you can be covered for virtual visit with your doctor*.

Use Teladoc? services

If your doctor isn’t available and you need care today, or after hours or on weekends, you can meet with a Teladoc doctor by phone or video 24/7. Get access to Teladoc through the?Aetna HealthSM app.?

Find virtual care providers for your state

If your doctor isn't offering telemedicine or you’re just looking for more options, you can also find many providers who are offering virtual care in your state*.

*?Plan coverage terms may vary. The $0 copay is for real-time virtual visits offered by in-network providers in participating plans. If you are unsure, check your Aetna member website for plan details or call the number on the back of your Member ID card to confirm Telemedicine & Teladoc eligibility. If you are covered by one of our partners (Banner|Aetna, Sutter Health | Aetna, Texas Health | Aetna, Innovation Health, or Allina Health | Aetna), please refer to your specific plan benefits or call the number on the back of your ID card.
